I am an experienced project manager of successful software deliveries. I was directly responsible for leading two products from inception to general availability. I implemented Agile (scrum) into an entire organization and received an Innovation Award for significant contribution to the company. I am adept at identifying and implementing new toolsets. I used Lean Startup and Lean Canvas to launch one product. I also selected and deployed VersionOne as the standard toolset for the development organization. I evangelized the use of Basecamp and Trello for tracking and project communications throughout the company.
I set up Ancile’s Project Management Office. I created all corporate metrics for measuring successful projects. I have certifications from both PMI and Scrum Alliance in traditional project management and agile methodologies. I was the project manager for uAlign that won PMI-Baltimore 2012 Project of the Year (3rd place).
I am also an avid cyclist. I am a co-author of a cycling blog – Mid-Atlantic Cycling. I have been on cycling trips in Maryland, Montana, New York, Vermont, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Kansas. I have done self-supported trips, camping trips and Inn-to-Inn trips. I am also an avid bike commuter commuting over 730 miles in 2013. I am also a board member of the Baltimore Bike Club.
